SUMMARY

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the jewelry industry. The position requires a dynamic personality, strong communication and phone skills, detailed orientated, take inbound calls from customers accurately and efficiently.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Communicate directly with customers primarily by telephone
  2. Take inbound calls
  3. Order entry with accuracy and efficiency
  4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  5. Able to work in multiple areas within the  organization as needed
  6. Develop and maintain current product knowledge
  7. Work well within a team environment sharing common goals

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Strong communication skills
  2. Ability to interact with customers over the phone and email
  3. Basic computer skills
  4. High energy, professional, detail oriented and articulate
  5. Willingness to learn and work within a team environment

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for an office environment

Work Schedule:

40 Hours/Weekly – 8:30am – 5:00pm
